i have three interviews but i was told that one of them will be conversational and informal. i don't know what to expect. can someone clarify this for me?

What schools are you interviewing at?
My interviews at Shenandoah and Belmont felt very informal. At Belmont, the interviewer simply asked me questions based on my resume, which I was obviously very well versed in. At Shenandoah it seems like a conversation. Certain questions led them to ask another set of questions and the conversation flowed very nicely.
What are your expectations of these types of interviews?
