"Generated mailing" is the date of the batch which you are in. The very first possible generated mailing date is June 24. Just because your generated mailing date is in September, doesn't necessarily mean that the stuff has actually been mailed out. It just means that the stuff for that batch was collected, but most importantly, that AADSAS printed out your application on that date. It typically takes one month from the "generated mailing" date for the schools to receive your application.
The status probably won't change until Friday at noon, and then most of the schools should update their databases to show the specific applicant status. I'm an early applicant and have had several interviews, yet my InfoSource shows nothing different than anybody elses at this point.
Keep in mind that this year is a beta test year, so not all schools will be participating in the program.
How do I know all of this information? My school has been responsible for alpha testing the program this year.
