Initial permanent licensing services

Has anyone used any of these services? If so, which ones? My program requires that I be licensed by the end of PGY2 or I go on admin leave. Any thoughts, such as, are they really worth it? I found one that charges $499 but does not specify if this includes the actual license fee (I suspect it does not).

what the heck are you paying for? it's not rocket science. just fill out the forms are required by your state. don't need to pay someone else $500 to do it.
