Institutions accepting international students!

Hi there..

I am registering fro my toefl exam & have to put down four Institution codes.
Other than bu & nyu can someone please give me names of two other dental schools for 2009 admission considering only part 1 scores.Of course since I am a permanent resident also open to schools that accept citizens & green card holders.
I am not open to take any technical clinical test or bench exam.
I have been doing my research but I really need some help in this regards which is highly appreciated!
