I've emailed them twice without getting a response. When I called them, I had to leave a message. I had to email Jack Gaynor directly once to get a response. He was nice and quick to respond. But, he's not the customer service. He just did this since there was an issue with the customer service department not being prompt.
I question how interfolio would resolve issues if this is the way they do business. How would it affect you if you had to send away letters and for some reason wasn't excuted? You'd email them about it. Yet, you'd not get a response! You may call them. But, no one would answer the phone!
My question to them was, "how do I print the cover sheet which is to be given to the letter writer?" I tried looking around on their website after logging on. But, I couldn't find the icon.

I just opened my account with them. I pray it was the right way to go. OY!!!
