International OPS electives?

An IM resident I was talking to the other day (whose father is an ophthalmologist) was telling me he did an away elective in India in OPS that was very enjoyable. Alas, I forgot to ask him how he set it up.

Does anyone know of any organizations to contact for good international aways? If anyone has done one or is setting one up, please post.
