I know someone who is an international student who is thinking about applying to dental school this year. Are there any schools that will accept international students and if so which ones? what does he have to do to make a great application? also, does it make a difference if he has a greencard or not?

The most important question is -is he/she a dentist in the home country?
If not, they apply like domestic students DAT and all. If yes, the NBDE is the way to go. Green card not a requirement in most cases
