Complete at Einstein and JHU in early September...invites at both. Still waiting to hear from most of my August completions.

do you mind posting your stats? i was complete at einstein on the 14th and i'm psyching myself out reading all the posts from people who say you need spectacular stats to get any love submitting this late in the process.

interview at UMASS C: mid sept (sorry don't keep one of those infamous spreadsheets). Heard nothing back from other schools.

if completed in mid september is late then i'm in trouble...

1 from uconn (in state)..thats all i've heard so far though

just turned in georgetown's seconday...............very late?

I would consider late Sept to be late. But that doesn't mean a death sentence or no chance this cycle. If your PS is really good and your secondary essays are good then you have a legit chance at an interview invite. And once in the interview invite i think you are at the same level as all other interviewees regardless of when they interviewed. SO DONT GIVE UP!

Last year I got an interview and acceptance at Northwestern and my application was complete there on November 4th.

🙂 LSU-NO, UTMB, UTH interviews, complete in Sept

I'm applying MD/PhD, AMCAS was verified around September 10th, completed most of the secondaries in the couple weeks after that (still working on 3 of them).

I've already gotten interview invites from Case Western, Wash U, UT Southwestern, and Michigan. No rejection letters yet at least... applied to 19 programs to make sure I get in somewhere.

I am assuming you are a harvard student who must havea 4.0 GPA, MCAT of 40 +, some crazy amount of EC, Great LORS, a relative in the admission committee, and a noble peace prize to get invites from those schools so quickly this late in the cycle.

I on the other hand have sent in my secondaries after Sept 23.

I have gotten two interviews both in state.

FSU and FIU.

I applied last year and FSU interviewed me last year but they waitlisted me. I find it odd that FSU was so quick to invite me since they rejected me last year.

Yay! just got an invite from Pitt, complete 9/18.
There's hope yet guys. don't give up.

You're still premed though? What were/are your stats if you don't mind.

Northwestern is rolling, no?

I was a Canadian applicant with a 4.0 AMCAS GPA and a 36P MCAT. Quite a bit of research experience but no pubs. Decent but not exceptional ECs.

Actually I'm really surprised at having those interviews already. I have a pretty good application, but nothing extraordinary for MD/PhD. Oh and I'm still working on that peace prize... Obama stole it from me this year🙄

I wouldn't be too surprised about getting a re-interview... they obviously thought you were good enough for an interview last year, and I'm sure your application has only gotten better.

Just got invites from Baylor and MUSC today (complete at those around 9/13 and 9/17). I'm sure there's still plenty of invites for us late ones!

UCF Invite today!!!!

Still waiting on USF (my undergrad school) and UM. Florida is showing me a lot of love this year. I wonder if any out-of-state schools will show me love too.
