it is just up to you.
they will just simply think you would be so cold. thats it.

You can wear pants if you want, it's fine. Just make sure you look professional. Considering you're going to be interviewing in cold temperatures, I doubt anyone's going to side eye you for wearing pants instead of a skirt lol But if you want to wear a skirt, go for it. No one will care
