Hi guys,
How long do you guys usually prepare for an interview and how do you prepare for it? I have my first interview this Friday and haven't really prepared much because I'm swamped with exams this week...Have any of you guys been asked any ethical questions?
Thanks

For my first interview I prepared for more than a week! After that I really havent prepared at all. Just be honest and yourself it worked for me! 4 interviews, 4 acceptances. In regards to ethical questions. Some do ask how you would feel under certain circumstances, answer honestly! 🙂

Including travel plans, I usually start when I get notice of the interview. I try to find the best deals that I can when I have to fly out of state, and plan on arriving the afternoon before the interview.

As for the interview itself, I figure out what I want to wear, make sure to pack accordingly, and bring a spare just in case of something happening. I looked up potential interview questions on SDN, thought about what I would want to talk about, and practiced talking to myself through the day, seeing how consistent my responses are. The hardest ones seem to be the ethical questions, but I just went with what I felt and gave reasons to support my thought process.

Best of luck to you.

Oh yea I forgot....Dont forget to wear your lucky tie!!!!!!! I forget mine when I went to Cali and I was there 2 days early and had my parents overnight it to me!!! So dont forget it!!

hahahahaha  what did ur parents say? mine probably would say, get over it! :meanie: lol (how could u forget in the first place?! haha)

when I prepared mine, I looked up the interview questions on here, and just practiced throughout the day when I have time for a few mins... I had interviews b4 when I tried to get a business internship, but my voice was still crackin up during the interview...but it all worked out though 😀

+1. I did this often and triple-checked everything important was packed. Be honest in all of your answers. Just remember they want you there, otherwise they wouldn't have invited you to interview there🙂.

I have no idea how I forgot it!! I could have swore it was the first thing I packed! But guess not!!! It got to be at 11:30 am and my interview was for 1 PM!! Thank god it did! I think that was the most difficult part of the interview--worrying my tie would not be there in time! lol🙂🙂
