Hey guys I have a quick question. I don't really have any leadership skills under my belt. I wasn't the president of so-so or anything like that.

I know this is a potential interview question, but how should I approach a question like this?

Any advise appreciated.

heyy pop ^ ^ well i believe pearljam5a1, said it best for me, in a previous thread:

"...Ethical questions have no right or wrong answer but they have to be YOUR answer, not someone else's..."

so yeah... just be YOURSELF and best of luck! to YOU, on your interview...:luck:

You don't have to be a president of some club to show leadership. There are plenty of opportunities in life to show that you have leadership skills. It can be from your job, some school project, or something else. Just think of a time where you took the lead in a situation, made good decisions, and got others to trust and follow you.

I used the last time we were robbed as my example because I ended up being the one who was in charge of the situation and dealing with the police.
