Hi guys,

I have a closed-file interview this week and I was wondering if anyone had any advice to give as to prepare for or just relieve any anxiety/stress that might be built up. Any tips/hints about interviewing would be greatly appreciated!

i can only give you a military board guidance. just be yourself. if you dont know the answer, still stay in confidence and say u do not know. long talk is no-go. try to make it simple but has good contents. make sure your dress is appropriate.

bit if I only choose one word for you, I would say. 'confidence'

Practice answering interview questions smoothly and understand that a couple "uhhs" and "umms" are natural. At most of the interviews, they just want to get to know you and are not intentionally trying to grill you. Just get into the mindset that it just a conservation you are having as opposed to an interview. You will do fine. They selected you to interview for a reason right? Good luck!
