I've received several emails about we're looking at your app and here are our intended interview dates (same thing or not)?

first of all, i just want to say that everyone here sounds really great and supportive! what a great community!! 😍 i'm sure i'll be posting a lot.
i only just sent in my application last friday (i know, pretty late, but i had my reasons). every one of my programs except for baystate has downloaded my available documents, which as of now incl only 2 of 4 LOR's that i have designated. anyone know approx. how long i should expect to hear about a first interview, or do you think that it'll be no joy until nov. 1? does having only having 2 letters up right now hurt me in terms of getting an interview?
and how do i light the fire under the tushies of those 2 straggling letter writers without coming off as desperate/anxious/wacko?
THANKS everyone!

The letter from Indiana said the AAMC (or someone involved with match process) has asked that invitations not be sent out until after this date. Does anyone know about an official "start date"?
Take care,
Jeff

I thought it was a reach, must have been a clerical error.
Hope everyone else is getting good news.

I am at my number 1, but would have been thrilled at BIDMC. After you start interviewing, you will find the programs that are right for you, but noone who gets an offer from BIDMC should pass it up unless they have absolutely no intention of living in Boston (which, by the way, is a great city)
