Has anyone else's reference had trouble on the AADSAS 2014 app. with LOR submissions? One of my references said that he was unable to submit it because there was a technical error, so he just mailed in a paper copy. I am worried that my other references will have the same trouble. Anyone else encountering this problem?😕

my referees have been having trouble submitting LORs on Interfolio ever since the website rearrangement they've had...

my teachers had the same problem too..one of the told me she had to convert it to PDF and it worked that way
