Is BU the best School?

All the students who got accepted at BU have NBDE Part I scores 91% +, TOEFL 250+ , GPA 3.5+ while other schools have accepted students with lesser scores.
how will you rank the following schools?
BU, Upenn, Upit, USC, UCO, NYU, UMN, UCLA

I would say B.U. is a very good school but it's hard to rank all these schools because everyone has a different criterion for selection . B.U. definately is looking for academic excellence and they have a fair way of selection . I am saying this not because i am joining B.U. ,this year but because i had interviewed in few other schools too, in 2004 .
I was impressed with U.C.S.F, but their selection process is tougher! i would say its a really good school ! U PENN seems to have more of hype! U.S.C 's selection process is weird and it disappointed me , that was one school i did not want to join!
N.Y.U has good facilities too but its expensive and 3 years!
I dont know about others because i never interviewed in them.
