is doing mph from usa really usefull...??

hi.....i just wanted to know if pursuing mph course in u.s. will have any scope..in terms of findin a job itself in u.s.like in epiemiology , family welfare , maternal and child health.etc
Also i wanted to enquire if an average score of my m.b.b.s course done in india is 59% .will the u.s. universities hive me the admission in the mph course..???
