is having 2-3 P/F a red flag?

I took an internship course that is graded on a P/F scale so i'm not sure if this counts. But I also have 2 P/F in an ecology class and an evolution class. Would this be considered a red flag and have my application screened out?

Personally, I think as long as you aren’t doing Pass/Fail on pre-reqs then it’s not a big deal.

Nope, just not major pre-reqs, the only issue you might have would be getting LORs from the internship or any of the courses you take P/NP. UMich rejected me because one of my science LORs was from my PI from a lab internship I did for P/NP academic credit (no option for a letter grade).
