I have gchem/orgo done already. There is a upper division biochemistry offered by the chem department, but that would require another year of course work (Physical chemistry 1,2 and a math course). There is a upper biochemistry for the biology division but theres only one course and it has 8 seats. If I can't get into it, is "Introduction to Biochemistry" sufficient? Its the next class after organic and has this description
"Introductory course emphasizing the study of the structure, reactions, and syntheses of biological compounds; mechanism of enzyme-catalyzed reactions and biochemical genetics."
Or is this something I should talk to each individual school for?
