A friend told me that in the past, the MCAT scores have been released online up to a week after the approxmated date that the AAMC has up. Is that true? How common is it? I know most people here are looking at the 13th/14th as set-in-stone dates.

I'd imagine that AAMC wouldn't release the scores later than the 14th, since the deadline for the primary application for some schools is Oct 15. The usual habit is to release the scores during the late evening of the day before the scheduled date (so the evening of the 13th, if the release date is the 14th).
