Medical Is it too late in the application cycle to submit my secondary application?

I thought that it would be best to submit all my secondary applications at once so I made the mistake of waiting until now to submit my secondaries. I did not realize that I should have sent it in as I completed them. It is now end of September, so I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight as to if this is too late in the application cycle to submit my secondaries. Would I be at a heavy disadvantage?
