Because if so I have 2 A's in general chem, 1 A and a B in general physics, 2 B+s in general bio, 2 A's in Anatomy, and 2 A's and a B+ in my social sciences... which comes out to a 3.7 and with this I believe I would have a really good chance of getting in. I have over 200 volunter hours as well. This is my #1 school so I really would like to know.

So I was wondering if anyone knew if it was true that they only look at the PreReq GPA.

I'm currently a student at the USA and went through the admissions process last year.

I don't know if they look at the last 45 hours. I've never heard that. They definitely put more weight on interviews, character, and your statement of intentions. The emphasis here isn't on academics as much as it is at other schools. Why? You don't have to be the best student to be a great clinician. They emphasize manual therapy and clinical skills.

I had a 3.7 overall and a 3.7 pre-req GPA, about 300 observation hours, and some work experience, but not a lot. My personal statement was probably stronger than most because I can write, and my interview went well. I got accepted one week later.

You definitely have a chance. Hope to see you here in May.
