Is it worth it getting the newest Dental Decks?

I got the 06-07 NBDE I decks from an upperclassman for free and I'm wondering if I should invest in a newer or the newest version. Is there really much difference between the versions?

Also, for those who have taken part I, what study materials do you consider to be absolutely indispensable to adequately prepare for the test?

I used 2006-07 decks for part 2 and passed it. Took the test last month.
