I took Organic 1 in undergrad B in the class A in the lab it was a total of 4 credits. I was wondering if I should find somewhere to take organic 2 before applying or if I am OK without taking it. I am taking BioChem as a graduate student next semester if that matters at all.

thanks

I think most schools require 8 credits of organic.

Most schools require 8 units of OChem

That being said

I never took Organic II lab. Orgo I was 5 credit hours, so I only took the Orgo II lecture to get 8 credits. You do NOT have to have Orgo II lab if your school has the credits set up in the same way (however, some people just take it because it helps boost their grade.)

Use punctuation.

Oh! I am so very sorry for not taking the time to use correct punctuation here. I was not aware that I was writing for a publication or a thesis. I will be sure that all my posts from here on out will be in correct format for you. Do you want me to use citations as well? Do you prefer MLA, APA, or CSE?

To everyone else who decided not to be a complete you know what thank you for the help!!

If you are asking for help, you better do your best to present yourself well.
It's not the readers' job to figure out what you are trying to say.

Most schools do require orgo 2- I think there's 1 (don't remember which) that lets you sub biochem. Take orgo 2- you will need it for basically all schools.

Well I seem to have gotten the answer I needed. So why don't you scurry off and keep your needless comments to yourself?

Yup. That still doesn't change the fact that I'm a medical student and you are a pre-med trying to get to my position. Look who is laughing.
