Since there is no guarantee that you will get into the one medical school you desire to goto when you are a sophmore, I'd suggest you just take all the required courses that are common among many medical schools so you don't screw yourself when you apply to 15 schools and get into that one school that requires something you don't have...

You may find a handful of schools require psychology or molecular biology coursework as well, though that is rare.
