Is PAT Question 26 wrong on topscore 3 test?

I'm not getting why its answer c instead of A....

my gues was A too.
can i ask you a question too what do you think about #21 and#29 on second topscore on PAT? :eek:

The question on ADA sample test is also correct. Are you sure they are the same exact problem? cuz i dont have access to topscore right now.
