I contacted PCOm and they told me that they do have a min. GPA of 3.2, Say if I have a that is 3.0, would that automatically take me out of the runnin of gettin accepted at PCOM??(what about if I had a good MCAT score)please let me know..............thanx

If there are other parts of your application that would greatly make up for a low GPA they would overlook it. A high MCAT may indicate that your undergrad is unusually hard or you just do not try and are actually quite bright. Do not forget the power of LORs, specifically academic physicians. I stress academic b/c if they think your good enough for med school then they (docs) would not mind having you for rotations.

PCOM seems to be very forgiving provided that you make up deficiencies in other parts of application.

Is the min for cumulative, science, or both?

I checked MDapplicants.com for PCOM, and 7/12 accepted students had a GPA of less than 3.20, and 3 had an MCAT of less than 30.
