I see a lot of people posting 4.0 GPAs here on sdn and I've never seen a GPA above a 4.0 here. Are they all using the 4.0 GPA scale instead of the 4.33 GPA scale because I find it impossible for any of them to not have a single A+? Also which GPA scale do dental schools primarily use?

Many schools do not give out A+s.

yeah, well my school actually gave out A+s in conjunction w/ gold stars and coupons for pizza hut

you mad?

One time I got a gift certificate for a drink and popcorn at the movie theater because I made an A in organic. Ball is in your court.

My school did give out A+s, however they counted as a 4.0 at my UG so most professors never gave them. Some however did, making my AADSAS gpa higher than my UG GPA. (Being counted as a 4.33) To answer your question, there are definitely people with above a 4.0, I think some are listed in the ADEA guide book ranges. My friend had a 4.22 applying to dental schools .

Got a gift certificate to ihop from my ecology prof. I then slammed a stack of red velvet pancakes. They were breathtaking.

The ball has now been dunked in your face.
