So I realize at one point or another the letter writers I'm considering asking may have gotten to know my GPA (I told them in passing or on a CV is another example) and I'm wondering if the GPA when they were writing my letter was a 3.7 and I finish the semester off with a 3.77 be a big deal? It might also be a little higher due to taking courses at other schools and so my AMCAS gpa will be different then the GPA my letter writer talks about.

Is this discrepancy something that would concern adcoms?

Out of curiosity: Why do you think this would cause an adcom concern?

Do you know for a FACT that they're putting your GPA in their letter? If you mentioned your GPA in passing, your professor might not even remember the number lol.

Even if he did put your GPA in their letter (which I doubt he did. I've never heard of an LOR writer that mentioned GPA), you have your transcripts and all that with your application. AMCAS will be verifying everything.

Adcoms are not really relying on what your professor says your GPA is. That's not what LORs are for, even if your professor does mention it somewhere in his letter. They have the transcripts and grades to look at for that.

If there's a number discrepancy, especiallyyy one that's as minor as what you're saying (a 0.07 difference), I highly doubt they'll hold that against you. Professors are always writing letters and it's hard for them to keep things straight sometimes lol.

A letter writer should not be putting your GPA in the letter. Please impress upon them that the letter should include only what they have personally observed. I wish LOR writers would stop asking for resumes and transcripts and I wish applicants would stop giving them this sort of stuff. If they need to be reminded who you are, offer your term papers or other materials you submitted for a grade IN THEIR CLASS.
