This ad drives me crazy. First off, he's the first one in the office? The suns up already wtf, when does his OR start? But, he says he's already been in the OR for hours? Doing what? He's just now going to review his cases for the day. Was he on call last night? Had to come in? He sounds like an elective cash only guy....so he goes and does a case at 4am? Why's he grabbing his cap and mask before he's changed into scrubs? Why's he wearing a bouffant cap? So, he's that guy? Why isn't anyone else in the OR? It looks like he's all alone. Does he also like to be the first person in the operating room so that he can personally start the patients IV? Why does he hold his hands like a TV doctor who just scrubbed?

No, no, no. None of this makes any sense at all.
