ISMP/FDA Medication Safety fellowship experiences?

I was wondering if anyone on here has experience or knows someone who completed this fellowship focusing on medication safety and would be willing to share them on here. I'd imagine that upon completion of this fellowship one would be equipped to potentially land a position in reg affairs at a pharma company or med safety directer at a hospital facility/institution.

For the most part, you end up at the FDA -- its a simple linkedin search for questions like this.

A general theme: always look at outcomes from fellowships and residencies and particularly question things if they don't prominently highlight their alumni for some reason
