It's been 6 weeks since i've interviewed and have heard nothing. Should I be worried?

The school which I would consider my first choice invited me to interview on 11/02. They told us to give them 30 days for a response. Its been 6 weeks and still am yet to hear anything back. Is this likely due to slow bureaucratic processes or should I take this length of time as a likely impending rejection.

Yes i have. I have also checked my portal online. The portal simply states that i was invited for an interview, nothing since.
