According to pharmacymanpower.com: slight saturation statewide. Some areas are highly desirable/saturated and other areas have slight excess demand which are probably clustered in SW CO but don't take my word for it. The job market tightened in 2014 fairly suddenly. I believe that surge in supply was due to marijuana legalization and some internet pundits agree (for what their opinions are worth). Note the supply/demand balance is cyclical annually because of new graduate-based supply surge.
"Ex-US" sounds like overseas. That is a possibility but a big leap. There are plenty of threads on these boards about people looking overseas but few from people who have taken the plunge.
