Can anyone tell me availability of jobs and H1B visa, after MPH (Health Policy Mgt or Health Service Mgt)?

What's the entry level pay scale for above degree holder?

Is it really tough to get a job in US for international student after they graduate at this moment?

How long it usually take to find a job after graduation?

I don't know about the visa part, but a friend who just graduated from HPM at BU got a job 6 months before she graduated as a Policy Analyst with the Massachusetts state government. Her salary is in the lower-$50k range.
