Hey guys,
New member here been reading around for awhile now, but just made an account because I had to get opinions on this! Here goes:

3.19 CGPA 3.21 SGPA
340AA 360TS

Just sent my OptomCAS app in.... but I overlooked one thing... I forgot to add extracurricular activities. I did put employment and experience in there earlier, but then I forgot to update it with my EAs. I was creating a resume at the same time for LoRs (professors wanted resume to write LoR) so I guess I thought I put it in there.... sigh.

Been working at an optical for over a year and shadowing the doctor there from time to time. Most of my volunteer service is linked to my organization, which I neglected to mention in OptomCAS... iasudjfasdj

I applied to UHCO, RSO, NOVA. My number 1 is UHCO because I graduated from there and can't see myself anywhere else... close to family and friends.

The one mistake on OptomCAS is really making me panic and there is no way to update it.. no refunds either. Should I worry about that portion? And, I know my GPA and OATs are pretty mediocre, but what do you guys think?

Judging by the stats of the recently accepted classes at UHCO, many tend to be from UH. Do they prefer to accept alumni?

Lots of questions I know but i'm FREAKING OUT!!!!!!!!!!

I think your best bet may be to contact the admissions department at each school you've applied to and ask them what's the best way for you to get that information to them (and if they would accept it). Just explain your situation to them, I'm sure they will be willing to help. Good luck!

Or you could try emailing OPTOMCAS? so then you can catch it before it is processed/mailed

If they haven't mailed it yet, optomcas might let you update it. You'd have to contact them to see.

I would contact your schools and also keep in mind pretty much every school has their own supplemental apps that may very well ask for your extracurriculars. I'm sure you may have referenced them in your personal essay perhaps. Anyways, contacting schools is always a good idea to put a voice with the name. Sounds like a good choice in schools! good luck!

I actually did the exact same thing on my application. I was granted the interview anyway. During my interview, they simply asked me why it was blank. I just "filled it in" for them during the beginning of the interview.

Don't sweat about it, everything will be fine.
