Kaplan center course NBDE part 1

I am planning to enroll for kaplan NBDE part-1 6-month center course in US. I have not heard any good things about this course in India, but I need something to help me focus and keep me on the right track with the preparations.
Do you guys think it is a good idea to take this course in US to help keep me focused?
Has anyone taken this course in US?

Hello guys,
I have a doubt. I have come to the US 3 months back to write my NBDE exams but I am doing my Masters in Public Health simultaneously studying. Is there any option of me getting out of that course and getting into kaplan training courses...with my i20 active and with no problems with the visa. Somebody told me about this but they were not sure. I would appreciate any help regarding this.
