Pro's or cons to the year long course(Sunday afternoons) vs. semester long(Tues, Thurs nights)?

I posted like last week with same question. I decided on studying on my own throughout the year with a kaplan book and old text books. Then I will take the short review course 3 months prior to the MCAT. I am more of a crammer and thought if I take the year long course I could forget some stuff.
