Keynote speaker

Hi,

I was the keynote speaker at my university's annual scholarship dinner this year. I'm wondering what I would put this under on my app? Experiences or achievements? I'm thinking experiences, but I wanted to get a second opinion.

I'd go with experiences.

My initial thought was actually achievements and list it as an honor, but I'm assuming you had an audition of sorts where someone reviewed the speeches and chose you out of a pool of other highly qualified individuals?... If you just volunteered because you like public speaking or it's a mandatory part of a leadership position, then I'd say experiences.
But you know what you did better than anyone, so go with what you genuinely feel is most representative
