Kira is merely a company or platform (like Zoom) that schools can use to collect video responses from applicants.
The questions asked are different school by school

The faculty at the school will generate their own questions and video-record them to be shown to you through the Kira Talent platform. As @wysdoc notes, Kira Talent delivers the questions to you and does not write them. You should expect standard interview questions.
