I think it would be fine,
In my experience, leadership was a soft skill that no one really talked about in my interviews. This is written by a former small business owner who hired staff, built a team, and lead a company for a handful of years -- I just didn't get the feel that this was considered important by any med school; more like a 'check box' item.
Seemed like a good mcat/gpa carried substantially more weight. But it couldn't hurt to clarify your leadership experience as one of the amcas primary ECs.
