COL/safety in Vallejo is insane, but I guess with roommates it can be more reasonable. Grading is P/F at Touro, but no affiliated hospitals or residencies except for one weakly connected in Stockton (the armpit of Norcal). No guarantee you won't be moving for every rotation or driving upwards of 60 miles.
LECOM is graded, mandatory attendance, but soooo cheap. I feel like LECOM is the choice is you value money and short-term discomfort for long-term gains, and Touro is the choice if you want a chiller med school experience but more pain clinical rotations and student loan debt.
