I'm trying to rank my campus choices for LECOM. Does anyone have any advice? I'm leaning towards the PBL learning pathway, which both campuses have. I'm also hoping to do some research- is one campus better than the other for that?
Pros of Erie:
Pros of Erie:
- although it would be very rare, there MAY be a chance to switch pathways if PBL wasn't working out
- maybe more research opportunities? there is a research facility but I think it's mostly bench research?
- I like being around water
- cadaver lab for students in non-PBL pathways, so there may be a chance a PBL student could get some exposure through a friend or in the summer
- original/established campus
- farther from home
- closer to home
- maybe some research opportunities since it's close to Pittsburg?
- newer campus? (but not the newest, so I think this would be ok)?
- no cadavers
