Less competitive schools for ID or MPH

I am particularly interested in schools with good programs for infectious diseases and/or global health. I am also considering getting my MD/MPH.

I'm pretty familiar with the competitive schools that fit these criteria... but can someone recommend some that aren't so competitive?
