List any sign that stood out in your mind.. Ill start:

1)"Myerson's sign"--tapping the glabella(the area betrween the top of nose and eyebrows) if patient is unable to stop from blinking it is suggestive of Parkinsons..

2)Murphys sign(old fashion?)--[the new one is]:

"Sonographic Murphy sign"--Using the ultrasound probe applying direct pressure over the Gall Bladder..There is inspiratory arrest and increased pain on deep inspiration..The positive predictive value here is >90%.....suggestive of acute cholecystitis..👍[I remember this cause there was a short NBA player named Calvin Murphy!]

Add what ever you can

Chvostek's sign: spasm of the facial muscles when tapping muscles, or branches of the facial nerve. Seen in tetany. (I remember it because it's fun to say.)

most common causes here would be low albumin affecting total calcium, renal insufficiency, Vit D def, and hypoparathyroidism.

Babinski sign: stroking the sole of the foot. Positive sign indicative of upper motor neuron damage.

except infants because their corticospinal tract isn't fully developed (maybe?)

Tinel's sign:

I remember this because one actually taps or bangs over the median nerve on the volar wrist to elicit PAIN... Seen in Carpa Tunnel syndrome..
