List any sign that stood out in your mind.. Ill start:
1)"Myerson's sign"--tapping the glabella(the area betrween the top of nose and eyebrows) if patient is unable to stop from blinking it is suggestive of Parkinsons..
2)Murphys sign(old fashion?)--[the new one is]:
"Sonographic Murphy sign"--Using the ultrasound probe applying direct pressure over the Gall Bladder..There is inspiratory arrest and increased pain on deep inspiration..The positive predictive value here is >90%.....suggestive of acute cholecystitis..👍[I remember this cause there was a short NBA player named Calvin Murphy!]
