Ok,

* Any responses to this thread please preface that it is only your opinion/conjecture of what may be on the exam and not based on fact or repeating actual exam material. 😉

So in my opinion and guess !

Majority of first timers get Exam 1 -
Patient management, Osteonecrosis, Biophosphates, Behavioural questions along with the basics

Second timers would likely get exam # 2

(this one i have no idea or guess what may be on it except that it seems very fair and people generally are happy walking out but end up failing)
any guesses here??? This one baffles me most. People who have some good guesses on what this exam entails please respond!!

3rd timers would get exam # 3

in my opinion this would be either very difficult with tons of implant and pharmac at the grad. level or an easier exam that would be fair.

a 4th exam - not sure of it's delivery in the cycle is a previous holdover exam that everyone expects with tons of repeats, lots of endo repeats and easy to pass. (pray to recieve this one).

If we all put some guesses together it would be an interesting discussion.

My guess and opinion is the second version is the one with lots of behaviuoral sience questions and epidemiology but u feel good about it overall and end up failing. You feel so dissapointed when u open the results letter. very depressing.

Interesting indeed!
what you just indicated happened to me EXACTLY!! OK, here is my feedback on this:
1st test - i did have tons of beh ?s, tons of bisphosphenate ?s and many basic ?s - so for me, this is a good representation of the first test.
2nd test - if i recall this test right, the reason why i thought i passed it no problem is because the test was truly easy, at least I thought, but the prost and operative ?s were VERY vague. the pharm and path were decent, as well as the beh mgt and endo were also pretty decent. Again, my ?s on operative and prost were vague and i almost felt there were a "few" right answer rather than one and felt the ?s had more than 1 right answer, like it was more subjective. So, the ? is, do we answer w/the more conservative tx or what? I guess i had a ton of tx planning ?s on both operative and prosth. that I felt were questionable.
3rd test- you all heard my ranting about this test w/the crazy implant, pharm and radiology ?s, other than that, everything else was harder than any of my 2 previous exams, about the only section i felt was decent was endo, that's about it.

hope this helps, the second test seemed pretty easy, but BEWARE, it's not as easy as it seems as I obviously found out when i failed it!!

It sounds like I got the second test the first time I took it.

Crazy tx plan questions ... when I was reading the choices I was thinking they all could be be right tx-plan depending on which instructor I'd ask at the school....

Can we post what version we think we had, raw score and score.

I think I had version 2, 334, 74
