Letter of Intent?

I just heard about this Letter of Intent and I am interested in knowing a little more about it. Can I send my top choice school a letter telling them that if I get accepted I will drop all other schools? Is this normally done? Does it look bad?

I would appreciate feedback.

I suggest you e-mail your student interviewer or one of the student tour guides (if there was one) for a real answer to this question. Different schools will look at these letters differently. Some could give a damn, while others will take it into positive consideration.
