LETTER OF REC FROM 2 PROF OF SAME COURSE?

Hey guys! Can you ask for a LOR from 2 professors of the same course?

At my school, for biochem, we have 3 diff professors who teach the 3 diff topics within biochem. so can i ask 2/3 of them for rec letters? or is that not allowed bc they taught the same "course" per se

I'd assume it's okay. They're both professors who have taught you in a course, so it sounds good. I'd call the schools, though!

I have no idea. I’m assuming so because they need to tell if the professor is a science professor or not.

The other thing to keep in mind with that is that in their letter if they both talk about how they know you (taught you in the same class) the admissions people will probably notice the similarity. I don't know if it will be a problem but it will probably be obvious so it wouldn't hurt to check.
