Letter of Reccommendation Need Help !!!

I want to to use a letter of recommendation from my professor but I received an A- in his neuroscience class. He said he is willing to write me a strong letter but becasue I received a A- in the class I am worried. Does the grade matter for a letter of recommendation ?

An A- is a good grade. If you were going to a professor who taught a class you got a C in, then I'd be more worried. Why would you worry about this?
