Letter of Recom. for re-apps

If I don't get in because of my very low GPA, and have to reapply, can I reuse my letters of recommendations? Does any body know? I am studying for the DAT and hope to take it in the next couple of month, I am aiming for a high score.

Any info is appreciated

I'm reapplying. I have a composite letter being written from my prehealth office, so I'm reusing old rec's, but also adding new ones...
