Letter of recommendation and applying question?

Am I able to submit my application and gain interview invites without the letter of recommendations included? I know some schools require them and I just want to receive the invites early but my podiatrist is still writing my letter at the moment and I don't want to rush him. I am going to submit the letter for sure though

Only Scholl requires an LOR before sending an interview invite.

Would you use a letter from MD? I have science professor letter, MD and DPM. MD letter is very strong, describing from several perspectives. Should I use that too?

Yes, you can definitely use it. I had a letter from a DO, 1 DPM, and 2 sci profs.

Yes, I used 1 MD, 1 DPM, 1 PI, and 1 university committee letter.
